My work focuses heavily on developing the content strategy, SEO strategy, and information architecture across the digital experience. **Recent projects at Blue Shield:** - Member portal navigation which I will speaking about at IAC26 in April 2026 ## What I did in the past 6 months as part of community work For [[World IA Association]], as a co-president with Xander Roozen - Coordinating [[World IA Day 2026]] events across 20 cities around the world - Creating microsite content and SEO optimization for the WIAD26 locations - Curating content for the WIAA newsletter with Xander - Managing WIAA's [[WIAA-gitbook-migration-case-study|website migration from Drupal 8 to GitBook]] - Organizing quarterly strategic board meetings, including the planning sessions for "Future of WIAA" workshops recently held in December 2025, Education committee meetings, and check-ins with [[World IA Cafe]] and Taxonomy Talk. For [[DIA Design Guild]], as the executive director - Shared that DIA is now a 509(a)(2) public charity.
