# World IA Cafe A product of [[World IA Association]], World Information Architecture Cafe (World IA Cafe) is a monthly speaker series that started in June 2023. An initiative suggested by Dr. Rupa Misra, the Cafe speaker series has continued through the efforts of Nehar Sultana and Dr. Rupa Misra. It is sponsored and hosted by Dr Rupa Misra, Rutgers University. Nehar also handles the social media marketing and roadmap for the series. My role in World IA Cafe is program oversight and strategic guidance. Nehar consults with me every other month about ideas and the cafe roadmap.
